Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore, CA seeks early career R&D Electrical Engineers to join multidisciplinary teams delivering critical national security work. You will contribute across the full lifecycle of complex electrical systems, from requirements to production realization and sustainment.

You will collaborate with systems engineers, component engineers, production partners, and external stakeholders to solve challenging engineering problems with rigor and impact. Occasional travel <25% is required, and onsite work is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed understanding of requirements across customer, system, and components.
• Define and mature electrical and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Perform analysis and testing to verify requirements.
