Haleon is seeking an OTC Product Development Intern to join our Richmond, VA area R&D team. You will work on a defined project, perform lab experiments, and help transform ideas into consumer-ready products. This role suits curious students eager to learn in a hands-on setting.

Expect to learn from experienced scientists, maintain documentation, and contribute to ongoing product development with regular updates and a final presentation. In-office presence is required 4–5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Some laboratory experience gained through coursework or internships.
• Curious and motivated to learn, with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support a defined product development project alongside scientists in OTC R&D.
• Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments and assist with formulation activities.
• Analyze data and evaluate materials across development stages.
