Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, material science, polymer science or similar.
• Minimum of 3–10 years’ technical experience.
• Effectively applies the scientific method or statistics in problem solving and technical development.
• Basic project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define problems with guidance and conduct literature reviews.
• Lead day-to-day laboratory activities for technicians.
• Lead a small technical sub-team within a larger project.
• Seek support and mentoring; communicate clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct patent searches and understand IP trends; protect value via Omya IP processes.
