Chobani is seeking a Scientist to support all product platforms within R&D. The role involves operating lab equipment, handling raw materials, preparing materials for testing, and maintaining detailed lab reports to ensure food safety and product quality.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a life science field and 2–5 years in food manufacturing or lab science, with ability to operate pilot plant and laboratory testing equipment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in food/dairy science, chemistry, biology, or related life science.
• 2–5 years of experience in food/dairy manufacturing or lab science.
• Ability to operate pilot plant production equipment and laboratory testing equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP and cGMP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate lab equipment and participate in sales/shipment projects, shelf-life studies, and pilot/industrial trials.
• Record observations and prepare data for analysis and basic lab reports.
• Assist in design of experiments and planning under guidance of scientists.
• Support maintenance, calibrations, and CIP on pilot lab equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Participate in sensory and chemical evaluations of ingredients and finished products.
