Qualifications

• Strong background in chemistry or related fields.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to various audiences.
• Comfort with scientific software and data analysis tools.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on lab experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scientific point of contact for new customers.
• Translate customer's experimental workflows into tailored configurations.
• Lead discovery calls and demos with R&D stakeholders.
• Design and configure scientific workflows onto the platform.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development.
