Qualifications

• A B.S. or higher in a relevant scientific field or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Comfort with data manipulation in Excel; Python scripting skills are a plus.
• Experience with scientific software; quick to learn new tools.

• Support onboarding and configuration of customers' workflows.
• Design and configure scientific workflows on the Uncountable platform.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and propose solutions.
