Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 3+ years hands-on experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ or Python and experience with motion planning and robot arms.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and owning full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel algorithms and architectures for robotic manipulation in unstructured environments.
• Design end-to-end manipulation pipelines integrating perception, planning, and control.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers on custom end-effectors and tooling.
• Translate operational needs into detailed technical requirements and interfaces.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices and workflows.
