Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
  • 6–10 years of assembly experience in woodworking, cabinetry, furniture or manufacturing.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
  • Basic math/measurement skills and following precise instructions.
  • Team-oriented and detail-focused in a dynamic R&D setting.
  • Physical ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 40–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble FFB-based components into cabinetry prototypes (panels, frames, doors, hardware).
  • Follow detailed instructions, blueprints and R&D work orders with accuracy.
  • Perform quality checks and report material or design feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineers and craftsmen during testing and refinement.
  • Help document assembly processes and results for R&D records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workstation following 5S and safety standards.
  • Prepare prototypes for internal testing, photography or demonstrations.
