Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in painting, woodworking, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn painting and finishing techniques.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and basic prep.
• Assist with primers, paints, stains, and clear finishes.
• Learn setup and operation of finishing tools.
• Inspect parts for coverage and quality.
• Work with fabrication and engineering teams on prototypes.
