Job summary

Hollman is seeking a Project Manager, R&D in Irving, TX to drive new product development from concept through launch. You will own the product definition and roadmap, coordinating with Industrial Designers and Design Engineers, and serve as the hub across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure manufacturability and market readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project and/or product management experience in manufacturing, industrial design, engineered products, or furniture environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional development projects and coordinating engineering/design teams.
• Working knowledge of new product development and stage-gate/phase-gate processes.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with deadlines and budgets.
• Strong product sense translating market and customer needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management across design/engineering, Sales & Marketing, Product.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work onsite full-time in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive end-to-end product development projects from concept to launch.
• Manage the project pipeline and stage-gate process, including gate reviews and go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate timelines with Industrial Designers and Design Engineers (matrix leadership).
• Track progress, mitigate risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts with clear status reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, design-record traceability, and revision control.
• Support pricing structures and align product configurations with cost and market positioning.
