You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams within the DO FLPO/PMO and with NSF/ federal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years managing scientific/technical projects.
• Experience with predictive, agile, and hybrid PM methods.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project plans with requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with sponsors, leadership, and stakeholders to define success criteria.
• Develop and monitor integrated project plans using predictive, agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Lead project teams, motivate staff, and manage change control and risk.
• Communicate progress via status reports and presentations to sponsors and leadership.
