Job summary

Lynntech, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our PMO, guiding projects from concept to manufacturing across defense, energy, aerospace, and medical sectors.

You will oversee cost, schedule, risks, resources, and scope with technical leaders to ensure successful delivery. The role emphasizes multitasking, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and communication with all levels of the organization, within a US-government contract environment.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years direct Project Management experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Government Contracts a plus.
• Experience working on research or engineering projects a plus.
• PMP certification a plus.
• US Citizenship required due to contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate project cost reports and conduct analysis of problems and trends.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Track and ensure on time delivery of contract deliverables on projects.
• Track project resources and assist in resource conflict resolution.
• Work with the technical project leaders to provide oversight of multiple projects.
• Participate in developing and adapting new and existing project management processes.
