Job summary

Experis Technology Group in Solon, OH is seeking an R&D Project Manager to lead multiple R&D programs across frozen foods divisions, including meals, pizza, and snacking. Remote work is being considered, with on-site collaboration in Solon, OH.

You will plan end-to-end projects, align with I2L and corporate strategies, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to meet defined success criteria and the business case. Strong PM experience in R&D and/or Food & Beverages is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor in Science or Engineering (or equivalent) with sound knowledge of project management.
• More than 5 years of project management experience, preferably in R&D and/or Food & Beverages.
• More than 7 years of experience across R&D, Operations, Markets and/or commercial functions.
• Proven track record of strong project management, including parallel and sequential tasks, cost/timing/risks communication.
• PMP/PMI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead several R&D projects/programs within Innovation and Renovation Projects across Frozen Foods businesses (Meals, Pizza and Snacking).
• Plan projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with Idea-to-Launch (I2L) and key corporate strategies and commitments.
• Orchestrate cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve defined Key Success Criteria and deliver against the business case.
• Manage project stakeholders and negotiate with key internal decision makers and business partners, leveraging internal and external networks to remove barriers and drive decisions.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to key performance criteria and to the satisfaction of key stakeholders, while controlling scope changes through proactive communication.
