Job summary

You will partner with R&D and engineering teams to drive operational excellence, manage projects, and advance high-priority research initiatives. The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering on schedule within TEL’s global research ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in project/program management, business operations, or process improvement.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in R&D, technology, semiconductor, or engineering-focused organizations.
• Knowledge of advanced semiconductor technologies and development environments.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage assigned business operations, R&D programs, and facility planning initiatives from initiation through execution.
• Define and monitor project objectives, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to develop project plans, identify dependencies, and address execution challenges.
• Track project progress, communicate status updates, and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
