Delta Electronics Mfg. Corp. in Beverly, MA, seeks a Strategic Program Manager to drive customer execution across Delta’s enterprise.

Reporting to the CTO, you will oversee NPI, tool readiness, material procurement, RF qualification testing, and production scheduling, coordinating multiple departments to safeguard portfolio health and foster strategic customer

Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent in engineering or related field; PMP a strong plus.
• 5+ years in progressive program or project management in precision manufacturing (aerospace/defense/space/semiconductor preferred).
• Proven track record managing high-value portfolios (>$1M) via matrix leadership.
• Understanding of precision machining, plating, assembly, and testing processes.
• Familiarity with RF/microwave interconnects and military qualification standards (MIL-PRF-39012, MIL-PRF-55339).
• Experience in AS9100 environments with on-site shop-floor interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact post-contract for key strategic accounts.
• Lead customer program reviews, progress updates, forecast alignment, and schedule reviews.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer to resolve friction and maintain schedule visibility.
• Lead internal program reviews across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Test Engineering, and Sales.
• Coordinate with Beverly manufacturing operations to resolve bottlenecks in drawing releases, tooling, and production scheduling.
• Identify risks and execute recovery plans to protect delivery commitments.
