Job summary

Danaher Corporation in San Jose, CA seeks a Program Manager, R&D New Product Development to lead multi-assay and software development programs, acting as General Manager of the program and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.

You will partner with Core Teams and Senior Leadership, apply DBS and design controls in a regulated environment, and communicate status across the organization while nurturing collaborative relationships to enable timely product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
• PMP certification is a desirable qualification.
• Experience applying design controls in regulated environments.
• Experience leading complex product development programs across life sciences or medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and execute programs for next-generation automation products.
• Drive program execution, establish timelines, budgets, risks, and communicate with senior leadership.
• Utilize DBS to develop program metrics and drive a DBS culture in development processes.
• Communicate program status and resolve escalations; synthesize information for executive audiences.
• Foster collaborative relationships to enable successful product releases.
