Job summary

Merz Aesthetics seeks an experienced R&D Project Management Associate Director to lead cross‑functional PMO activities for geographic expansion, lifecycle design and development file maintenance, and post‑market clinical commitments. You will partner with Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Quality, GTOps, and Commercial teams to drive regulatory submissions and launches from Raleigh, NC.

This role reports to the Head of PMO and ensures product compliance, robust design controls, and growth across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a life science, engineering or related discipline.
7+ years in product development or regulated environments; pharma/medical device preferred.
5+ years leading multiple cross-functional projects through launches.

Responsibilities

Geographic expansion project management: lead planning, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues to progress the project.
Lifecycle DDF management: coordinate design control updates across post‑market changes and regulatory updates.
Post‑market projects & clinical study management: translate regulatory requirements into integrated execution plans.
Post‑launch maintenance: lead maintenance activities across regulatory, quality, GTOps, clinical, safety and commercial teams.
Ad‑hoc projects: lead multidisciplinary task forces to refine processes.
