Qualifications
- Must have R&D experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
- 3+ years of experience in research, process technology, and/or production technology.
- Lab experience supporting manufacturing and production operations (R&D Lab experience required).
- Experience operating chemicals and lab equipment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct laboratory studies to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Provide laboratory support and technical troubleshooting for manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate laboratory resources and technician schedules when assigned.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret experimental data.
