Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in product testing, validation, lab engineering, or product development.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and validation protocols for fluid connector products.
• Design, assemble, and maintain lab fixtures, instrumentation, and test equipment.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, environmental, durability, and performance testing.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports with conclusions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with design engineers to verify requirements and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
