Job summary

tesa SE is seeking a Product Development Intern to support the Air & Waterproofing (AWP) BU. From May 17 to August 13, 2027, you will gain hands-on experience in a multinational R&D environment and collaborate with the product development team.

Your role includes developing new products, translating customer needs into measurable requirements, prototyping, and supporting scale-up activities. Strong analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field with at least 60 credit hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing 1–2 new products for the AWP BU.
• Translate customer needs into quantitative/qualitative measures for gate decisions.
• Develop and evaluate prototypes and support product scale-up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
