Job summary

Qnity in Delaware seeks an experienced R&D Procurement Lead to shape sourcing for lab supplies, equipment, services, and contracted research. You will manage supplier relationships, run global RFPs, and partner with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal to ensure innovation velocity and cost competitiveness.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years in procurement, with strong Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years procurement and supply chain experience.
• Exposure to R&D, laboratory, or technically complex service categories is a strong plus.
• Prior experience negotiating global or multi-site agreements with strong understanding of commercial and legal terms.
• Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global R&D category strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead global RFPs/RFIs for R&D categories with cross-site input.
• Negotiate and manage MSAs, framework agreements, and pricing structures.
• Drive standardization of terms, pricing models, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Own strategic supplier relationships for R&D categories and conduct QBRs.
• Mentor regional buyers, sub-category managers, and efficiency buyers.
• Ensure sourcing/commercial activities comply with policies, legal requirements, and controls.
• Oversee contract implementation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
