Job summary

Soho Square Solutions in Covington, GA is seeking an Innovation Procurement Analyst to support a fast-paced R&D/Innovation team in the medical device space. You will manage the procure-to-pay process, vendor contracting, and the development of new product initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA a plus) and 1+ year of procurement or supply chain experience, with IFRS/ERP familiarity (SAP/JDE) and strong Excel skills. Travel to supported sites is occasional.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros) preferred.
• Knowledge of materials/products in the medical industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to supported sites/suppliers.
• Flexibility to connect virtually with global sites outside standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor contractual documentation to enable new product launches.
• Oversee the Procure-to-Pay process: sourcing, vendor contracting, vendor payment, and purchasing of goods/services supporting research studies and design initiatives.
• Draft SOWs and POs, routing them through internal approval processes.
• Manage POs and invoices for approved work.
• Support drafting and negotiation of MSAs with new vendors, including amendments and renewals.
• Manage supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment, driving on-time execution.
• Partner closely with cross-functional Innovation and Strategic Marketing teams.
