Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives: opportunity assessment, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracting, and implementation across discovery to clinical development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement in regulated life sciences/R&D.
• Leadership experience in matrix organizations.
• Proven success in category strategy, negotiations and value realization.
• Strong understanding of R&D value chain and outsourcing models.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier strategy/governance for critical R&D suppliers.
• Coach and develop the Strategic Sourcing & Value Management team.
• Deliver dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting for value realization.
