Job summary

Tokyo Electron America, Inc. in Hillsboro, OR, is seeking a Process Technician to perform technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D, set up processing equipment, and monitor line operations in a cleanroom environment.

You will prepare data and charts, assist process development and engineering personnel, and perform preventative and unscheduled maintenance on equipment, with occasional travel to TEL facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; or Associate's Degree with 2+ years related experience; 4 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Military technical training or field experience may substitute for an Associate's Degree; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.
• Sets up processing equipment and monitors line operations.
• Prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
• Maintains process equipment (preventative and unscheduled maintenance).
