Job summary

TEL US is seeking a process engineering professional to perform technical tests and experiments within R&D, set up processing equipment, and monitor line operators. You will process test runs, prepare charts and graphs for engineering review to identify yield issues or test new products, and provide technical assistance across development teams.

Maintenance of process equipment, adherence to safety procedures, and occasional travel to TEL facilities are required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree; completion of military technical training and field experience may substitute for an Associate's Degree; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

• Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds is required

• Duties also include application of proper industry safety procedures when working with dangerous elements or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc.
• Occasional travel to TEL factories, training facilities and customer locations may be required
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
