Job summary

Form Energy is hiring a highly motivated hands-on technician to join our Process Operations Team. You will produce, document, and characterize prototype anode components for batteries, collaborating with a diverse team.

You will observe process anomalies, recommend improvements, and report findings to electrode development and engineering teams for further analysis. This role reports into our Development Operations Team and offers opportunities to influence scaling of core technology while

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a R&D or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with mechanical assembly.
• Experience with powertools.
• Ability to lift 50 lb, and to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills within a group of peers and across a broader organization.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, organize and prepare raw materials and components.
• Follow standard operating procedures and document process conditions and deviations.
• Assemble and disassemble standard and R&D tooling.
• Continuously improve the process for existing production and analysis protocols.
• Support engineers and scientist in executing their experiments.
