Job summary

Kaztronix seeks a Manager, R&D Business Operations to provide operational and analytical support for contract-to-PO processes, translating executed contracts into purchase orders in Ariba/SAP, and ensuring budget alignment and compliance with internal controls.

The role collaborates with R&D, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, and external vendors to issue POs on time, maintain documentation, resolve discrepancies, and drive improvements in P2P workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech business operations or contract-to-PO management.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders in SAP/Ariba.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Create, generate, and manage purchase orders in Ariba/SAP following full contract execution.
• Translate contractual payment terms and milestones into PO structures.
• Review agreements for proper financial setup and budgeting.
