Vulcan Elements is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in the R&D Pilot Plant. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial and laboratory equipment, ensuring reliability and safety.

Report to the Pilot Operations Manager; responsibilities include documenting work orders in a CMMS, creating SOPs, and collaborating with technicians, operators, and engineers to identify failure points and preventative solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience performing maintenance operations in an industrial environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Must be able to document maintenance actions through a CMMS platform.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial and laboratory equipment.
• Document, schedule, and create work orders using a CMMS platform.
• Create and follow safe SOPs, work instructions, and Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures.
• Collaborate with technicians, operators, and engineers to document critical failure points and preventative solutions.
