Mondelēz International invites applications for a Packaging Co-op within its Research & Development organization in the United States. This six-month internship focuses on packaging design, testing, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Procurement to deliver tangible project outcomes.

ideal candidates are pursuing a Packaging Science degree and have leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Science.
• Undergraduate degree with expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship in the United States and with Mondelēz International.

Responsabilités

• Lead packaging material testing in lab and production environments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners across Marketing, R&D, Operations, Logistics and Procurement.
• Present project solutions to leadership and external suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement improvements.
