Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager II to support New Product Introduction across its portfolio in Marlborough, MA and Waltham, MA. You will lead cross-functional teams through stage-gate processes, manage scope and budget, and drive on-time delivery for product launches.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s in engineering/science and at least 3 years of project leadership in bioprocessing or life sciences, with strong communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of leading product development projects.
• Experience in bioprocessing, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Proven track record of successful project execution.
• Ability to work across multiple sites, global teams, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clear project plans tracking scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and actions across cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation, escalation, and decision-making.
• Learn and operate within new technologies to manage projects across business units.
• Provide project management structure to support DHF execution and launches.
