Job summary

Voktio is seeking a seasoned project leader to drive new product introductions from concept through commercialization in a Dallas-based role. You will ensure manufacturing readiness, standardize processes, and coordinate across R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.

You will own timelines, budgets, risks, and stage-gate milestones, develop SOPs, support equipment needs, and push for continuous improvement and post-launch optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product/project management or product commercialization.
• Experience preferably in food manufacturing or CPG.
• Strong cross-functional project leadership.
• Process improvement.
• Project planning.
