Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking an Intern - Monitoring Systems Technology Intern Center (MSTIC) - R&D Undergraduate Year-Round. The program targets undergraduates in STEM fields and supports remote sensing, data processing, and real-time analysis for national security applications.

You will join project teams to design, develop, test, and deliver software for complex sensing and verification systems, with emphasis on collaboration, technical growth, and hands-on experiences at Sandia's

Qualifications

• Currently attending and enrolled full time in an accredited undergraduate program.
• Pursuing a science, engineering, or math major.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
• US citizens, legal permanent residents, asylees or refugees in the US.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of technical principles and processes.
