Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories' Monitoring Systems and Technology Intern Center (MSTIC) invites outstanding high school juniors and seniors to contribute to real-time data processing and remote sensing research.

As an intern, you will join teams to design, develop, test, and deliver software for national security applications, with opportunities across satellite systems and multi-disciplinary sensing projects.

Qualifications

• Attending a local high school.
• Enrolled full time, as defined by the school.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Ability to work up to 25 hours/week during the academic year, up to 40 hours/week in summer.
• Minimum 16 years of age.
• U.S. citizen or eligible status in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Join project teams to design, develop, implement, test, and deliver advanced data processing software for real-time analysis systems.
• Support remote sensing, satellite systems, and multi-disciplinary sensing projects within the MSTIC program.
