Johnson & Johnson is rapidly expanding and immediately hiring qualified R&D Medical Device Assemblers. This position will be responsible for the development of new processes and procedures related to Medical Device Assembly.

Job Title: R&D Medical Device Assembler
Pay Rate: $30-$35 Hourly (depending on skills assessment test)
1st Shift:
5AM-1:30PM
6AM-2:30PM
7AM-3:30PM

Location: Irvine, CA

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Must be able to perform soldering and rework responsibilities under microscope. Typical magnifications used: 6X-40X.
• Soldering experience is a mandatory requirement for this position. Regularly solder 28–42-gauge wire.
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work under a microscope for the duration of the shift.
• Possess good manual dexterity with close attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret work order instructions, SOPs, visual aids, and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with engineering on new process development and provide feedback as needed.
• Experience utilizing small hand tools, tweezers, razor blades, and adhesives.
• Must be comfortable with public speaking and providing feedback to superiors and team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
