**Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler****Job Description**We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Assemblers. These positions are contract-to-hire and candidates should be aware that the transition to permanent status may take longer than one year. Flexibility to work weekdays and Saturdays as needed is essential.**Responsibilities**+ Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.+ Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.+ Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.+ Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.+ Perform other duties as assigned.**Essential Skills**+ Experience with microscopes.+ Small part assembly.+ Strong communication skills.+ Ability to work with microscopes 90% of the shift.+ Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience.+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**+ Medical device assembly experience.+ Experience working in cleanroom environments.+ Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, calipers, and micrometers.**Why Work Here?**Our company offers a vibrant work culture with great benefits once permanent.
