Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually

We supply advanced materials, ferrites and magnetic materials, dielectric, ceramic bandpass filters, coaxial resonators, and coaxial inductors.
Key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to; inventing and synthesizing new materials and process development ideas aligned with technology roadmaps and megatrends, using a knowledge of crystal chemistry, phase equilibria and ceramic science and directing the laboratory synthesis and ramp-up to production of new ceramic materials for multiple product lines, teaching and mentoring of the technical staff throughout Trans-Tech and affiliated companies, functioning in an applications engineering/technical sales role as the recognized expert in our materials and product technologies, representing the company at various technical conferences/ trade events as a speaker and resource to attract and retain customers, and leading the technical teams in materials and product development.
