For our client, we are seeking a R&D Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will guide a distributed software R&D team responsible for delivering applications and related capabilities that support product innovation. The position combines people leadership, delivery management, and cross-functional coordination to help ensure priorities are aligned with business goals. It will also play a key role in strengthening execution discipline, communication, and risk management across the development lifecycle. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $234,375 annually
