Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United States seeks engineering graduates for the Research & Development Leadership Development Program (R&D LDP) Summer 2027 Internship. The program offers training across R&D platforms and cross-functional collaboration to develop technical and business acumen.

It aims to identify top performers for the full-time program after graduation. Locations include Irvine, CA; Cincinnati, OH; Jacksonville, FL; and Raritan, NJ, with a 12-week Summer internship structure designed

Qualifications

Current graduate students enrolled in an engineering graduate program and on track to earn a master's degrees by June 2028.
Preferred majors include bioengineering, computer, electrical, mechanical, material science, robotics, systems, software and optical engineering.
Strongly preferred skill or experience with machine learning, deep machine learning, IoT, embedded software, prototyping, robot design, systems reliability, firmware, and hardware integration.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in the R&D Leadership Development Program (R&D LDP) designed for engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI-enabled innovation.
Gain exposure to multiple R&D platforms and develop technical and business acumen.
Support project work and contribute to the selection of high performers for the full-time program after graduation.
