Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to learn technical procedures, follow written instructions and complete required training.
• High school diploma and experience in plant or laboratory operations.
• Experience safely operating process equipment and instruments.
• Commitment to lab safety, OE and Human Organizational Performance.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates distillation and process laboratory equipment, process units and utility systems per supervisor instructions.
• Maintains accurate run logs and electronic records and provides shift handoffs.
• Completes on‑the‑job safety and equipment training and demonstrates qualification.
• Participates in safety and OE activities individually and with the crew.
• Inspects equipment to identify unsafe conditions or improper operation.
• Supports handling of research and crude oil assay samples for internal and external customers.
• Works Monday–Friday on a 9/80 schedule with rotating shifts every three weeks.
