Job summary

Client is seeking an R&D Lab Technician to join the Research & Development department, supporting Product Development, Testing, and Laboratory Operations teams. The role emphasizes detail, documentation, and collaboration in a fast-paced lab environment.

Key tasks include conducting experiments, maintaining instruments, analyzing data, and assisting with software/script testing on R&D projects. On-site with a 12-month contract and hourly compensation of $26–$27.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA) or higher.
• 1–2 years of mechanical or electrical experience preferred, or engineering internship experience.
• Experience with technical documentation and record keeping.
• Ability to troubleshoot using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and analytical balances.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory experiments, testing, and product performance evaluations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and testing documentation.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate laboratory instruments as needed.
• Analyze test data and prepare reports, summaries, and protocols.
