Job summary

Majestic Labs is seeking a Senior Thermal Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to own the full thermal design lifecycle of advanced cooling systems for high-performance computing hardware. This on-site role spans silicon-level cold plate design through rack-scale liquid cooling and CFD validation for AI/GPU platforms.

You will lead end-to-end thermal solutions, collaborating with hardware teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of thermal engineering experience in liquid cooling for high-performance/computing or data-center environments.
• B.S./M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record owning a full product lifecycle from concept to high-volume manufacturing.
• Expert-level silicon cold-plate design and rack-level liquid cooling incl. micro-channel optimization and integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end thermal design from concept through production for high-density compute systems.
• Design and optimize silicon cold plates and rack-scale cooling infrastructure.
• Architect and validate liquid cooling loops, including manifold layout and connections.
• Lead CFD studies to optimize flow, pressure drop, and heat transfer from chip to rack.
• Collaborate with internal hardware teams and external partners to deliver integrated thermal solutions.
