Job summary

Pure Lithium Corporation seeks a hands-on Technician to support its R&D department in a laboratory and glovebox setting. You will work with researchers to carry out general experiments, following SOPs and safety regulations while learning new tools and methods.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a lab/technician role, enjoy working with hand and power tools, and can handle data with attention to detail for reproducible results. A cooperative start-up mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 2+ years of technician/lab experience or similar.
• Willingness to learn new techniques/methods.
• Must follow all SOPs and safety rules.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and file management.

Responsibilities

• Work in a laboratory setting with hazardous chemicals under guidance.
• Follow daily/weekly schedules and complete tasks on time.
• Communicate with managers to receive assignments.
• Maintain key equipment and keep the lab running smoothly.
• Handle data and report to owners as required.
• Collaborate with senior scientists on multi‑week experiments.
• Support safety, organization, and scale-up efforts.
