Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience.
• Experience in biotech or start-up environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CMMS and lab equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day R&D and PD laboratory operations.
• Coordinate laboratory organization and workspace management.
• Support ad hoc laboratory and equipment needs for R&D and PD teams.
• Approve standard level purchase orders in ERP.
• Manage R&D and PD equipment inventory and calibration schedules.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and defrost schedules for freezers and storage.
• Oversee safety and compliance in R&D labs.
• Support budgeting and capital planning for lab operations.
