Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Paper Science, Chemistry, or Engineering.
• Completed at least 2 years of coursework; 3 years preferred.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with R&D team on process improvements and cost savings.
• Attend leadership meetings and report tasks.
• Identify paper properties with scientists.
• Participate in new customer trials.
• Help modify or create standard operating procedures.
• Project work as assigned by R&D management.
