The internship program will be in the summer of 2027, offered at our Baytown, TX site and lasts approximately 12 weeks.
As an intern in the Innovation Management, you will work with the site transformation team to support our business unit’s circular economy targets, new application and product development teams through formulation, processing, design and testing of Covestro materials and applications. The selected individual may have the opportunity to work with senior chemists and engineers in a fast‑paced technology environment and become actively involved in the day‑to‑day operations at the site or supporting of new technology development.
The internship opportunities at Covestro may lead to recurring internship opportunities and/or full‑time job opportunities based on business needs, evaluation and performance.
