Job summary

Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. is seeking an R&D Infrastructure Developer in the United States to support hybrid platform infrastructure for production and non-production workloads.

You will collaborate with R&D and Product teams to ensure smooth operation, while building automation and tooling for lab systems. The role requires 2–4 years of admin experience with VMware, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), and scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash), plus a security‑first mindset and strong

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administration experience with Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Okta, VMware vSphere, GCP, AWS and Azure.
• Proficient understanding of Linux, Windows, macOS.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Desire to automate deployments with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including OSI layers 1-3 and protocols like DHCP, DNS, IPsec and SSL/TLS.
• Must operate with a security-first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.
• Strong work ethic with good time management.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
• Self-starter, driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and document hybrid platform infrastructure.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of hybrid platform infrastructure.
• Work with R&D teams to design workloads to run on the platform.
• Build automation and tooling to assist with management of labs systems.
• Identify, triage and drive support requests to resolution.
• Attend daily standup meetings to provide updates and collaborate.
• Work with team members to achieve SLOs.
