Job summary

Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. is seeking an R&D Infrastructure Developer in the United States to support hybrid platform infrastructure for production and non-production workloads.

You will collaborate with R&D and Product teams to ensure smooth operation, while building automation and tooling for lab systems. The role requires 2–4 years of admin experience with VMware, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), and scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash), plus a security‑first mindset and strong

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of administration experience with Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Okta, VMware vSphere, GCP, AWS and Azure.
  • Proficient understanding of Linux, Windows, macOS.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash.
  • Desire to automate deployments with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts including OSI layers 1-3 and protocols like DHCP, DNS, IPsec and SSL/TLS.
  • Must operate with a security-first mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.
  • Strong work ethic with good time management.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Self-starter, driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As an R&D Infrastructure Developer, you'll be working with other team members of R&D TAS to support and build the platforms on which both production and non-production workloads may run. Our platforms are built to support hybrid workloads. We focus on datacenter operations in collaboration with our public cloud counterparts in use by R&D and Product teams. This role will work closely with R&D and Product departments to provide stellar support for our internal customers.

About You

The base salary range for this job family is 86,000 to 265,700 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
