Qualifications

• Proven experience as a strategic organizational design consultant.
• Ability to translate insights into data-backed proposals.
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, and design leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale R&D transformations including platform engineering reorganizations and tech-architecture realignments.
• Architect structures for speed and cross-functional collaboration; design career ladders and new roles for emerging tech.
• Serve as internal management consultant to VP+ and C-level R&D leaders on complex people challenges.
• Design and execute change strategies for global expansion, hybrid engineering, and cultural transformation.
