Job summary

International Motors, part of the TRATON Group, seeks a Human Resources Business Integrator to partner with Research & Development leaders, aligning workforce and leadership priorities with business objectives. You will connect Talent Experience, Total Rewards, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR centers to deliver integrated, strategic HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR or Organizational Development experience.
• Master's degree and at least 3 years of HR or Organizational Development experience.
• Or at least 8 years of HR or Organizational Development experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align workforce, talent, and organizational priorities with business strategy.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and organizational challenges.
• Integrate expertise across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated business solutions.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development discussions.
• Diagnose organizational challenges, identify root causes, and recommend practical, sustainable solutions.
• Guide leaders through organizational changes, workforce transitions, investigations, and complex employee matters.
• Leverage workforce analytics, AI-enabled tools, employee insights, and business metrics to improve decision-making.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives that improve execution and accountability.
• Partner across HR, Finance, Legal, and Shared Solutions to deliver measurable business value.
• Help leaders foster inclusive, engaged, and high-performing organizations.
