Job description

Position Overview

International Motors is not just building trucks, engines, and transportation solutions. We're helping shape the future of mobility. With a legacy spanning nearly 200 years and a commitment to innovation, International brings together makers, problem solvers, and future builders who are passionate about creating solutions that move people, businesses, and communities forward.

As part of the TRATON Group, we are accelerating the advancement of sustainable transportation, connected technologies, and customer-focused innovation.

Great organizations don't succeed by chance—they succeed because they have capable leaders, engaged teams, and the organizational strength to execute strategy.

Exceptional organizations are built by leaders who make great decisions about people, talent, and teams.

As a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, you'll partner with Commercial and Service Solutions Sales leaders to help translate business strategy into organizational capability.

You’ll leverage business insight, workforce intelligence, leadership coaching, and integrated HR expertise to help leaders make better decisions, strengthen their organizations, and achieve meaningful business outcomes.

This role is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor who helps leaders navigate complexity, anticipate organizational challenges, and build the capabilities needed for long-term success.

If you're energized by solving complex business challenges, influencing senior leaders, and building organizations that perform at their best, we'd like to meet you.

As a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, you'll serve as the HR partner to business leaders, helping them translate business priorities into the workforce, leadership, and organizational capabilities required to execute their strategy.

In this role you'll bring together expertise from Talent Experience & Acceleration, Total Rewards & Recognition, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR Centers of Excellence to ensure leaders receive coordinated, business-focused solutions—not isolated HR services.

You’ll partner closely with vice presidents and senior leaders to understand business priorities, anticipate workforce challenges, and guide decisions that strengthen organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and business performance.

Leaders own talent, organizational health, culture, and performance. Your role is to coach, challenge, enable, and connect leaders with the right expertise so they can confidently lead their organizations and deliver exceptional results.

Success requires business acumen, systems thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to influence through credibility rather than authority. This role does require you to be in the office four days a week (M-TH) and one day remote (Friday).

At International, we’re redefining the role Human Resources plays in business success.

Our Human Resources Business Partners don't simply provide HR support—they help leaders solve business problems.

By integrating expertise across Talent Experience & Acceleration, Total Rewards & Recognition, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners help leaders build stronger organizations, develop exceptional talent, and deliver measurable business results.

We believe leaders own talent and organizational outcomes. Our role is to coach, challenge, connect, and enable leaders with the insight, expertise, and integrated HR solutions they need to build high-performing organizations.

If you are a strategic thinker, trusted advisor, and collaborative problem solver who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy and are looking for an opportunity to influence business performance—not simply support it—you'll find it here.
